By enrolling in Kasadara's UX/UI Design Program, you agree to the following:

Enrollment & Eligibility:

Admission is granted based on application review. Full access to course materials is granted only after payment (in full or first EMI).

Fees:

Course fees are as displayed on the website or shared during counseling. Fees are non-transferable.

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, or EMI (subject to gateway approval). We don't accept cash payments.

EMI Terms:

EMI is a financing option facilitated by the payment gateway and the respective bank or provider. Kasadara is not responsible for interest charges or bank policies.

Content Usage:

Course materials are for personal educational use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

Code of Conduct:

Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best learning experience. However, if you decide to withdraw,

Full Refund:

Available if requested within 7 days before the program start date.

Partial Refund (50%):

Available if requested within the first 7 days of the program.

No Refunds after the 7th day of program commencement. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Note:

For EMI payments, interest and processing fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment under the following conditions:

Cancellation before course start = Full refund

Cancellation during first week = 50% refund

Cancellation after first week = No refund

For EMI users, cancelling the course does not cancel your EMI with the lender or payment provider. You are responsible for clearing dues as per EMI and cancellation policy agreement.
